How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, visit your dashboard and select to ‘Update plan/cancel subscription’ at the bottom of your screen. You can also send us a message on nurx.com or in the Nurx app, email [email protected], or call us Monday-Friday (9am-9pm EST) at (800) 321-NURX. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but to avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel within 48 hours after receiving the reminder message that your refill is being prepared. When a recurring billing/shipping date falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday your order may be billed and shipped up to two days prior due to the pharmacy’s operating hours.
