For best results, be consistent with the application of Clindamycin and try to apply it at the same time every day. If you miss an application, use the medication as soon as you remember.

Because of the alcohol in this product, it is recommended to wait 30 minutes after shaving or washing to allow the skin time to calm before applying. This should help reduce possible irritation and reactions.

Clindamycin is flammable, so keep it away from an open flame and do not use while smoking.

For adults and children 12 and up, a once daily application is recommended. Clindamycin is not recommended for children under 12, although your provider may determine otherwise.
