Designed by Nurx expert dermatologists to promote a healthy skin barrier and smoother, more even skin, ReviveRx Cream (azelaic acid 10%, niacinamide 4%) is available with three concentrations of the tretinoin ingredient (.025%, .05%, .1%). Your Nurx provider will work with you to determine the best strength for your skin, and can adjust the strength of your prescription as your skin goals evolve.  

Stinging, irritation, or redness may occur in your first applications. This should disappear in a few days as your skin adjusts to the medication. If it lasts beyond a few days, apply lightweight, non-comedogenic (non pore-clogging) moisturizer before and after you apply the cream and consider applying the cream every other night or every third night. Then as your skin adjusts (less flaking and dryness), you can start applying it every night. If any of these side effects last or get worse, notify your Nurx provider as soon as possible. Our providers may recommend that you use the medication less frequently or discontinue use.

We recommend using a sunscreen SPF 30 or higher in the morning, as some of the ingredients can increase dryness and sensitivity to the sun.
