The offer to “take up to $20 off any Nurx product(s) or service(s)” (“Offer”) is subject to the following conditions: (a) you must be a South Carolina resident, (b) you must be medically eligible for the product or service, and (c) you are not eligible to accept or use the Offer if you are a participant in any federally funded or state-funded health care programs (fee-for-service or managed care) such as, but not limited to, Medicare (including Part D), Medicaid, TRICARE and any federal employee health benefits plan. The Offer may be applied to more than one Nurx product or service, if there is a balance left over from the $20 Offer after your purchase of one Nurx product or service. To the extent the Offer is applied to an HIV lab test, and you thereafter choose to and are eligible to receive PrEP (the “PreP Product”), you agree that you are also accepting and will be subject to two automatic monthly refills after the first one month order of the PrEP Product. To the extent the Offer is applied to a birth control prescription for which you are eligible and you choose to obtain (the “Birth Control Product”), you agree that you are also accepting and will be subject to two automatic monthly refills after the first one month order of the Birth Control Product. These future PrEP and Birth Control Product orders will be subject to the payment terms you agree to in your first PrEP and/or Birth Control Product orders. The limitation in Section (c) above applies to any prescription of the PrEP and/or Birth Control Products associated with the Offer. You can cancel your automatic Product refills at any time, in accordance with Nurx’s cancellation terms. The Offer is for a limited time or while supplies last, but concludes no later than March 28th, 2019.
